A refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be blocked (not charged) in your credit card and is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property. The deposit may be higher if the booking is for a period longer than a month and for young groups.
Children of any age are welcome. No extra beds are possible at this property. Cards accepted at this property: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Red 6000. Smoking is not allowed. Parties / events are not allowed. This property does not allow stag / hen parties or similar parties. Quiet Hours: Guests must be quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No pets allowed.
